HOUSTON - The Harris County sheriff's office deputies have arrested two men believed to be responsible for more than a dozen car burglaries in northwest Harris County.

The most recent burglary occurred Wednesday morning, when deputies responded to a call about a suspicious vehicle at FM 529 and Highway 6.

While responding to the call, Sgt. Gonzales saw a vehicle matching the description given, with two men inside.

Gonzales pulled the men over and found items in the car that were believed to be stolen.

The two men were taken to the Clay Road substation, where they confessed their involvement in multiple car break ins.

The charges of burglary of a motor vehicle is pending on both men.

The names of the men will be released after they are formally charged.

Deputies are looking to see if the two men are responsible for other car burglaries in the area.
