HOUSTON - Authorities are seeking information in an arson case involving dozens of vehicles burned at a storage facility.

The Harris County Fire Marshal's Office says on Sunday morning the Aldine Fire Department responded to multiple vehicles on fire at the COPART storage lot at 1655 Rankin Road in northwest Harris County. The fire marshal's office says surveillance video shows the culprit.

"We have obtained video from the storage lot that shows a person driving up in a dark-colored pickup truck and jumping over the fence into the storage lot. The person is seen running from the area just prior to the fire being called in," said Lt. Dean Hensley with the HCFMO.

Anyone with information about the person or vehicle seen in the video is asked to call HCFMO at 281-436-8073 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS. A tip leading to an arrest could earn you up to a $5,000 cash reward. Tipsters can remain anonymous.
