Surveillance video released in violent convenience store robbery

FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas - Investigators with the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office are asking for the public's help in locating the suspect behind a violent convenience store robbery.

On Wednesday, deputies were called to a 7-Eleven Store located in the 5700 block of New Territory Boulevard in the New Territory subdivision.

Two employees told investigators the suspect entered the building with gun in hand and demanded cash from the register. He then fled.

The suspect is described as a Middle Eastern male with dark brown skin, about, weighing around 130 pounds.

He was wearing a long-sleeve black shirt, blue jeans, black gloves and black shoes. His face was covered by a black bandanna and the clerks said he had dark, bushy eyebrows.

Information which leads to the apprehension and filing of charges on the suspect involved could earn a reward of up to $5,000.
