CLEVELAND, Texas – A Splendora Independent School District junior high school student was hit by a car Friday after getting off a school bus, officials said.
The incident was reported at 3:14 near Midline Road.

Officials said the student was taken to a hospital to be treated for injuries. Officials said all other students are safe and were taken home.
It is unknown if any arrests have been made.
