SUGAR LAND, Texas - A sketch was released Monday of a man who robbed a Sugar Land submarine shop.

Sugar Land police said the man walked into Lenny's Sub Shop, 11420 Dairy Ashford Road, on June 29 at 1:35 p.m., pulled a gun and demanded cash from the clerk at the register.

The employee gave the robber money and he ran off, officials said.

The man was described as a slender black man with a muscular build, 35 to 45 years old, between 5 feet 3 and 5 feet 4 inches tall. He was wearing a brown or beige shirt with a collar that had a darker color stripe across the front, blue jeans, sunglasses and a black baseball cap with the word "HOODZ" in white letters. The robber walked with a limp.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Sugar Land Police Department at 281-275-2540 or the Fort Bend County Crime Stoppers at 281-342-TIPS (8477).
