LA PORTE – When you think of the La Porte High School and Deer Park High School, you don't necessarily think 'best friends.'
In fact, most of the locals will admit there is an intense rivalry between the two schools, especially when it comes to athletics. But, those differences were set aside Monday night as they came together for one cause: Jake Worthington.
