Reward increased in cellphone store robbery

HOUSTON - A $15,000 reward has been offered for information about a cellphone store robbery in north Harris County.

Harris County sheriff's deputies said three men held up a T-Mobile store in the 10900 block of the North Freeway about 3:45 p.m. on Nov. 2.

Investigators said the men were armed with handguns and ordered customers and employees to go into a break room.

One of the robbers held a gun to an employee's head and demanded cash and electronics, detectives said.

The men got away with an undisclosed amount of cash and merchandise, officials said.

All of the robbers were described as black and 18 to 25 years old. One of the robbers wore a white long-sleeved T-shirt and a red and blue baseball cap. Another one of the robbers wore a white hooded sweatshirt, camouflage pants and sunglasses. The third robber wore a black long-sleeved T-shirt and a black bandanna across his face.
