HOUSTON – Every day we see more people living up to the slogan "Houston Strong."
On Wednesday, some first responders received a huge donation from the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation.

The donation included two boats used to rescue hundreds of people during Hurricane Harvey.
In total, the foundation donated more than $149,000 worth of lifesaving equipment to six, local public safety organizations.
