HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A new health report is shedding light on the differences in the health of residents from various counties.
In the report, researchers looked at factors affecting health, such as poverty and education.

Then, they calculated how those factors combine to impact how long a person lives and the quality of their life.
Harris Counties health status ranked No. 56 out of 241 counties in Texas. Meanwhile, Montgomery County came in at No. 19 and Liberty County was No. 152.
