HOUSTON –
An argument between a man and his girlfriend ended in a deadly stabbing Friday night, police said.
It happened at the Villas at Colt Run apartments on East Houston Road near Ley Road around 10:30 p.m., police said.

According to police, the couple was celebrating the Astros earlier in the day. When they returned to their apartment, they got into an altercation.
That altercation escalated, police said, and the woman allegedly stabbed her boyfriend in the chest.
The woman started screaming for help and her neighbors called police, police said.
The man was rushed to the hospital, where he later died, police said.
Police took the woman in for questioning.
It’s unclear if she will be charged.
Neither the victim nor his girlfriend have been identified.
