Police: Stranger touches girls in homes

Police searching for Joshua Tolliver

HOUSTON - A Houston man has been accused of breaking into homes and touching young girls sleeping inside.

Joshua Tolliver has been charged with burglary with intent to commit felony and burglary of a habitation.

According to police, Tolliver crawled through a southeast Houston apartment hole above an air-conditioning unit and touched a young girl.

The girl woke up and her mother said Tolliver took off, officials said..

A neighbor, Angle Dixon said she is concerned for her two children.

"I have two kids, and when you hear this, what goes through your mind ... What can he do to my kids? That's kind of scary," Dixon said.

A 15-year-old girl in the area also said she woke up to see Tolliver standing over her in her bedroom. She said she screamed and he took off.

Tolliver has also been accused of breaking into another home and stealing a television, laptop and a handheld game system.
