BAYTOWN, Texas – A Baytown man was the victim of a robbery in a grocery store parking lot.
The man told police he was at Kroger on North Alexander Drive on Wednesday at 5:45 p.m., where he was trying to sell a set of headlights he had purchased but no longer needed.
The victim told officers the man approached him with a knife. The thief stole the headlights and his cellphone.
The victim told officers the thief had dreadlocks and was carrying a pink backpack.
The Baytown Police Department is investigating.
