HOUSTON – A man was shot in the face at a nightclub in southwest Houston early Monday morning.
The shooting happened about 4 a.m. at V Live Houston on Richmond Avenue near Fountain View Drive.
According to Houston police, the man was found staggering down the street with a gunshot wound to the face. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment and is expected to survive.
Investigators said they believe the victim may have been involved in a shootout at the after-hours club.
Police said they are searching for the gunman.
