All southbound lanes of Highway 99 at West Bellfort were closed for hours Monday due to an overturned crane, according to the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office.
Traffic was being detoured to Bellaire west to FM 723.
All lanes have reopened on Highway 99 as of 5 p.m.
