HOUSTON - The man who police said was wanted for breaking into Jenni's Noddle House on East 20th Street in the Heights on February 9, is behind bars.

"An informant called and gave me some information that [after] they saw the picture on Facebook and saw surveillance video on KPRC, they recognized who the guy was," Jenni Weaver, the owner of the restaurant said.

Before police arrested, 40 year-old Frankie Stall, Jr., Weaver said he called the restaurant apologizing for the robbery.

"He sounded pretty remorseful, he sounded very apologetic and wanted to apologize for what he'd done. My staff asked what he did and he said broke in on Thursday and wanted to make things right," she said.

Police arrested Stall on Monday and charged him with burglary of a building.

Jenni said she has a $100 Noodle House gift card waiting for the person who helped identify the thief.
