No suspect, motive one year after Houston man's murder

The family of Dameon Johnson is hoping someone will come forward with answers in his unsolved murder.

HOUSTON - A Houston family is pleading for answers on the one-year anniversary of their loved one's murder.

Dameon Johnson, 36, was shot multiple times. His body was found March 19, 2013.

Houston police officers responded to a major traffic accident at 8200 Peachtree that morning. When they arrived, they discovered Johnson's body in a ditch along the roadway. His car, a 2008 white Chevrolet 1500 pickup, was in a ditch on the opposite side of the street.

Investigators said Johnson was on his way to work at the time of the shooting.

There is still no known motive or suspect, one year later.
