Previously, Minaj was responding to questions about her lip-syncing contest, but moved her directions toward offering free tuition for students with good grades.

That’s when she tweeted back saying, “Show me straight A’s that I can verify (with your) school and I’ll pay it. Who wants to join that contest? Dead serious. Should I set up?”

Minaj got flooded with screenshots from fans' report cards and student loan balances, according to NBC News.

She even offered to buy a professional camera for a media production student.

Minaj offered to pay more than $20,000 toward student loans and tuition.

She said there will be more offers for students in the future by stating, “OK you guys, it’s been fun. Let me make those payments tomorrow then see if I have any money left. I’ll do more in a month or two.”
