HOUSTON - More than 80 movies and a handful of TV shows will no longer be available for streaming on Netflix.

Netflix says the purge is due to licensing contracts.

DVD subscribers will still be able to order discs in the mail.

However, with the purge, a number of new titles will be available, including "The Talented Mr. Ripley", "Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters" and seasons 5 through 8 of Dexter.

The purge begins Wednesday.
