LOS ANGELES – A small airplane crashed Friday and then burst into flames on a freeway in Southern California.
KNBC-TV reported that the crash happened on the 405 Freeway in Orange County.
The television station reported that two people were aboard the plane at the time of the crash. It was not immediately clear if they survived.
Social media posts showed flames and a large plume of smoke at the scene.
