DALLAS – In response to multiple requests from media to speak with Parkland staff involved in providing emergency care for injured Dallas Police Department and Dallas Area Rapid Transit officers last week, Parkland will hold a press conference at 1 p.m. Monday at Parkland Memorial Hospital.
Medical staff will discuss their experiences and describe how they prepare for such emergencies.
Speakers will include trauma surgeons, nurses, Dallas County Hospital District Police captain and other Parkland officials.
