On Tuesday, another report was filed by a female student saying that a man approached her at the Learning Center in the Academic Building and propositioned her with profane and lewd comments.

Police said a similar incident happened in June -- although not reported at the time -- where a man with a similar description propositioned a female student, hugged her and touched her breast.

The man is described as black, between 5 feet 7 inches and 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing approximately 150 to 175 pounds with a slim to medium build. He has short black hair and brown eyes and was wearing white or beige pants with a white, button-down shirt.

The man is believed to be in his mid- to late 20s and speaks slightly accented English, police said.
