Motorcyclist killed, 3 injured in 2-vehicle crash, police say

HOUSTON – A motorcyclist was killed and three were injured, including a young child in a two-vehicle crash Monday in northeast Houston, police said.

The accident was reported at 7:36 p.m. in the 2100 block of Lockwood Drive.

Officials said the accident was caused by a combination of high speed from the motorcycle and the driver pulling out. Three passengers were taken to a hospital.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.

The victim’s identities have been released.
