Man struck, killed by vehicle while riding bike; police searching for driver

HOUSTON – Houston police are asking for the public's help in identifying the person responsible for a fatal hit-and-run accident on Feb. 10.

Michael Henderson was struck and killed by a southbound vehicle in the 8600 block of Jensen Drive around 1:25 a.m.

Henderson was riding his bike south on Jensen Drive, police said. A white, two-door truck struck him and left the scene without rendering aid.

Henderson was taken to the hospital where he died from his injuries.

Crime Stoppers will pay a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the charging and/or arrest of the men in this case.
