HOUSTON – Houston police responded to a stabbing Saturday morning in an apartment complex at 10555 Spice Lane, according to investigators.
When officers arrived, witnesses said Geno Salinas, 18, had stabbed Noel Garcia, 22, inside the apartment's leasing office.

Garcia was taken to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead, police said.
Salinas is charged with murder.
Investigators have not shared a possible motives.
