Man accused of stealing credit card, racking up over $400 at Houston restaurant

Police are searching for a man who used a credit card that was stolen on Nov. 22.

According to the Houston Police Department, the victim's card was stolen from a locker at a fitness center in the 6400 block of San Felipe Drive.

Police said at about 8 p.m., a black man used a card to make a purchase at a restaurant in the 6000 block of Westheimer Road, charging more than $400.

Surveillance cameras caught the man during the incident and then also getting into a gold four-door Ford truck.
Police said the same man used the stolen card at multiple locations.

The man is described as wearing a black baseball cap, black polo shirt, black pants and shoes.
