NOTHWEST HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Harris County deputies responded to a disturbance report where they found a man shot to death inside a home, deputies said.
The man was found at 14505 Dry Creek Drive around at 3:29 a.m. Sunday morning.
Deputies said the 48-year-old homeowner threw a News Year's Eve party and as things were winding down Sunday morning he asked everyone to leave.
One of the men at the party refused to leave so the homeowner and the man began to fight.
The fight escalated and the homeowner shot the man.
The man's identity has not yet been released.
