Man robs bank inside grocery store, FBI says

HOUSTON – An alleged bank robber was captured in surveillance photos and now the FBI is asking for the public's help to catch him.

The man entered a First Convenience Bank branch inside a Kroger grocery store at 8550 Highway 6 North Wednesday morning and handed a teller a threatening note demanding cash, authorities said.

The robber left the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The man is described as black, in his mid-20s or 30s, about 6 feet tall, weighing between 200 and 250 pounds, with a medium build and a beard. He was wearing a gray T-shirt, gray sweatpants, and a blue floppy hat with a red strap.
