Man in custody after exposing himself to Rosenberg high school student, officials say

ROSENBERG, Texas – A 26-year-old man is in custody after he exposed himself to a high school student in Rosenberg, officials said. 

According to authorities,  a Terry High School student was walking on 5500 Avenue North at 6:57 p.m. April 19 when a man driving a dark gray Nissan, Maxima pulled up next to the girl.

The girl told authorities that the man asked her a question, and when she got closer to the car, she could see that he had his pants down and he was exposing himself.

Officials said the girl walked away and called her parents, who called authorities. 

Rosenberg school resource officers identified the man as Joaquin Rosales of Rosenberg.

Rosales is charged with indecent exposure.
