FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas – Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office deputies are investigating a fatal shooting in the 26100 block of Flinton Drive in the Richmond area.
Around 8:20 p.m. on Oct. 16, deputies found Lashonda Brown, 38, shot to death in the home, police said.

Marlon Muse, 33, was detained by deputies at the scene and then taken to the Fort Bend County Jail. Muse was staying at the house with his brother and Brown.
Muse, the brother-in-law of Brown, is facing a murder charge and remains in jail. Bond had not been set.
The case remains under investigation.
