HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A man was arrested after he crashed his vehicle into a deputy's patrol vehicle while driving drunk on May 20 in northeast Harris County, authorities said.
The deputy was in the process of writing a warning citation when Chance Frazier crashed into the back of the patrol vehicle in the 5400 block of FM 1960 around 2:30 a.m., according to authorities.

Frazier was charged with driving while intoxicated.
The deputy was taken to a hospital as a precaution. He was treated and released.
“I am thankful that our deputy’s injuries were minor and that no one was seriously injured. Chance Frazier was arrested, charged with driving while intoxicated and booked into the Harris County Jail. His bond is currently set at $500 out of County Court 4,” Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman said.
