HOUSTON – A Houston man has been arrested for enticing a child, officials said.
Police said the incident was reported Sunday in a park near the Mansions at Turkey Creek Apartments on Birnam Wood Boulevard near FM 1960 East in north Houston.

Three girls, ages 12, 13 and 14, were playing in the park when Brian Howard, 31, grabbed his groin and ordered the girls to come to him, investigators said. The girls did not comply.
A witness called police and Howard was arrested.
He is charged with enticing a child and is being held on a $10,000 bond.
Howard is due in court on May 10.
