SPRING, Texas – A man has been arrested and charged in a deadly robbery.
Investigators said Cedrick Davis shot and killed Edward Longoria Sr. Jan. 23 in the 200 block of Cypresswood Drive.

According to reports, the son of Longoria met someone online and agreed to exchange firearms.
During the exchange, investigators said two men tried to rob the son and his father of their weapons.
Gunfire was exchanged and Longoria was shot once in the torso, deputies said. He died at the scene.
The two men ran off, deputies said, but Davis was arrested a week later.
The other suspect has not been arrested.
