THE WOODLANDS, Texas – A man is accused of taking pictures up a woman's skirt at a bookstore in The Woodlands.
According to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, an employee at the Barnes & Noble in the 1200 block of Lake Woodlands reported on Dec. 4 that she had seen a man taking photos with his cell phone, while it was under a woman's skirt.

An investigation identified Arthur Lynn Faust Jr. as the suspect.
Faust, 34, was arrested and booked into the Montgomery County Jail. He is charged with invasive visual recording.
