HOUSTON - A man has been accused of forcing a co-worker to perform a sexual act on him.

Nick Angel Hourihan, 22, has been charged with sexual assault.

Harris County sheriff's deputies said Hourihan worked at Mambo's Seafood on the Northwest Freeway and asked a female co-worker for a ride home on June 4, 2011.

The co-worker agreed to give Hourihan a ride. He gave her directions and told her to pull into a business in the 7700 block of Hollister and said he would walk home from there, investigators said.

Detectives said Hourihan repeatedly told the woman to turn off her engine. She refused and Hourihan then demanded the woman perform a sexual act on him, investigators said.

The woman said no and Hourihan grabbed her hair and hit her on the head, investigators said.  He then forced her to perform the sexual act, deputies said.

Hourihan is being held in the Harris County Jail without bond.
