HOUSTON - An Humble man is accused of selling a foreclosed home, that he had no legal right to sell, to a non-profit organization, according to court documents.

Matthew Seiffert is facing theft charges.

According to court documents, Seiffert sold his home on Atasca Oaks Drive in Humble that had already been foreclosed on.

Court documents show he sold the home for $50,000 to a seller unaware the property had been foreclosed on, or that Seiffert did not own the home.

Seiffert has yet to be arrested.
