KATY, Texas - A man is wanted for recording a woman while she was inside a gas station bathroom in Katy.

Kelvin Jermain Burrell, 42, is charged with improper photography/visual recording. A warrant has been issued for his arrest in Harris County. The Harris County Sheriff's Office said the alleged incident happened on March 26 at the Valero gas station on South Mason Road.

A woman went inside to use the bathroom. Deputies said Burrell, an employee of the gas station at the time, told her to wait while he went inside the bathroom. A couple of minutes later, he came out of the bathroom and the woman went inside.

While inside and using the bathroom, the woman noticed a pinhole in the trash can facing her. She told deputies she found a cell phone inside the trash can, recording video. She left the gas station with the phone and gave it to a deputy at the Sheriff's Office.

Deputies said the phone was traced back to Burrell, and the video recording on the phone showed the victim using the bathroom with her pants down.

Deputies are still looking for Burrell.
