When the driver caught up to Weatherly at a red light, he told police he confronted Weatherly by giving him the middle finger, police said. That’s when Weatherly pulled out a black handgun to the window, trying to scare him, police said.

After further investigation, police said they were able to locate the address where the car is registered from the information the other driver gave them.

Weatherly was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and is being held on a $30,000 bail.
