Lockdown ends at Aldine ISD school; search for suspects continues

HARRIS COUNTY - Authorities say the lockdown at am Aldine ISD intermediate school has ended, but the search for robbery suspects in the area continues.

Aldine ISD says the lockdown at Stehlik Intermediate School was issued around 10:15 a.m. Friday. It ended shortly before 11 a.m.

The lockdown was issued after a home invasion at a nearby apartment complex located in the 10400 block of Greens Crossing.

Officials say a woman was held at gunpoint and robbed.The Harris County Sheriff's Office says deputies are looking for three suspects.

According to Aldine ISD, a suspect was seen running towards Stehlik Intermediate.

The sheriff's office is being assisted in this investigation by Aldine ISD police.

The district says Aldine ISD police will remain on the school's campus to monitor the situation.
