HARRIS COUNTY – A woman is charged with prostitution after offering an undercover cop sexual services at a massage parlor in northwest Harris County.
The Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Regulatory Enforcement Unit conducted a compliance inspection at Ace Relaxation in the 16000 block of Kuykendahl Road.
When an undercover officer entered the business, he was offered massage services and sexual services for a fee.
Yura Shin Kim, 39, was charged with prostitution and conducting business without a Sexually-Oriented Business Ordinance permit. Both are class A misdemeanors.

According to authorities, the business is not a licensed massage establishment and employees are not licensed to offer massage services through the Texas Department of State Health Services.
Massage parlors are prohibited in Harris County.
