DEER PARK, Texas – A Deer Park man was arrested on child porn charges after officers say they were originally called to his home about a disturbance.

According to court documents, when police arrived at the home of George Hollis, 24, on June 25, 2013 his mother told officers her son "had been running through the house naked, punching holes in the wall, knocking pictures off the wall and running through the neighborhood wearing nothing but his underwear."

Police said Hollis' father told officers his son was bi-polar and self-medicated with marijuana and cocaine.

Before paramedics transported Hollis to a local hospital, his mother told officers to look in his bedroom closet, according to court documents.

When officers looked in the walk-in closet, investigators say officers found two computer screens sitting on a table positioned in front of a twin size mattress on the floor.

A screen saver on one of the monitors showed computer-animation images depicting sexual abuse of children, court documents stated.

Computers, external hard drives, flash cards and USB "thumb" drives were seized from the home.

Forensic investigators recovered around 2,000,000 images composed of child erotica and child pornography.

Child pornographic videos were also found, Deer Park police say.

Hollis is charged with five counts of possession of child pornography.

He's being held in the Harris County Jail on $30,000 bond.
