HOUSTON – A Houston mother is in trouble after police said she smoked marijuana in front of her toddler.
Police said they responded to a loud music complaint at an apartment in the 2100 block of S. Kirkwood around 5:30 p.m. Sunday.

Officials said once inside the apartment, they found 24-year-old Sadi Adams smoking marijuana. Her 3-year-old daughter was also in the apartment.
Authorities said Adams admitted that the post was her.
Adams was arrested and charged with endangering a child and possession of a controlled substance.
The little girl was left with her stepfather.
Adams posted a $2,000 bond. Her next court appearance is scheduled for October 28.
