Man wearing tutu accused of exposing himself to women

Richard Staples, of Huntsville, was charged with indecent exposure

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A man has been arrested for allegedly wearing a tutu and exposing himself to people in north Harris County and deputies said it may not be the only case.

According to Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Ron Hickman, deputies responded to a call Wednesday in the 19700 block of the North Freeway after several women reported a man walked up to a business in a tutu and exposed his genitals and buttocks to them. One of the witnesses recorded the incident on video.

Deputies said they were able to retrieve a license plate from the suspect's truck.

Witnesses identified the suspect from a photo array, deputies said.
