HCSO: Group enjoying movie night robbed at Harris County home

HOUSTON – Two men are accused of robbing at gunpoint a group of people who were gathered at a home for a movie night Monday.

Joseph Charles Faust, 24, and Daniel Louis Jackson are charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Keishia McDonald is armed to the teeth.

"There's a knife behind there. There's a knife right here. There's a knife by my TV. I am really scared for my kids," McDonald said.

Early Monday morning, McDonald, her two daughters -- one of whom is pregnant -- and a few of their friends were robbed at gunpoint inside McDonald's apartment. They were watching movies when she says a gunman kicked in the door, ordered everyone to get face down on the floor and demanded all of their cash and electronics.

"We kind of laughed because we know the guy," McDonald said.

She said the man standing there with the gun was Jackson, a family friend who she says is like an uncle to her daughters.

"I fed him. I gave him money for the bus. I did everything I could for this guy. His eyes were bugging and he threatened to kill my kid if I didn't tell her to shut up," McDonald said.

She said Faust came in right behind Jackson and the two men stole cell phones and cash, including the $1,500 she was saving for a new car.

Faust was eventually caught and charged. Jackson is still at large.

McDonald took to Facebook and is urging anyone with information about his whereabouts to call Crime Stoppers.

"This morning he left me a message saying that he should have killed me. and he's coming to my house right now to kill me and my kids," McDonald said.

Faust's bond was set at $30,000. Jackson's bond amount was not immediately known.
