BAYTOWN, Texas – A fight between two brothers in Baytown landed one behind bars.
Officers arrested John Moore, 28, after investigators said he hit his brother with a baseball bat.

Moore was intoxicated and became angry when his 24-year-old brother borrowed his car without permission, police said.
The brother was treated and released from a local hospital.
The bat was recovered in a nearby field, said investigators.
Moore is charged with aggravated assault.
