HOUSTON – A suspected car thief is in custody after a chase in Fort Bend County.
It all started near First Colony Mall where a man noticed his car had been stolen. Police say he chased the person driving his car into a nearby neighborhood.

The man who stole it got stuck in a cul-de-sac, ditched the car and jumped over a nearby levee.
But police were able to catch him and arrest him.
Justin Momah, 22, is charged unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and evading arrest.
