Michael Enlund was lying inside a tent at a homeless encampment beneath the Eastex Freeway May 1 when two men who did not live at the camp assaulted him, according to the Houston Police, who arrested two suspects Monday and Wednesday.
Enlund, badly beaten, was taken to Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center. He died on May 8. He was 64.

The police charged Richard Buckman, 53, with murder and Michael J. White, 43, with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Buckman was arrested arrested Monday. White was arrested Wednesday.
