Help find him: Man accused of sexually abusing a child for a year, police say

HOUSTON – Authorities are searching for the person they say sexually abused a child for about a year.

Wilson Antonio Villatoro-Bacca has been charged with continuous sexual abuse of a child in connection with the crime, according to police.

The victim reported the abuse in January 2020, saying it had happened from September 2017 through September 2018 at a location in the 8400 block of Winkler Street.

Investigators were able to learn more about the abuse from the victim and determined Villatoro-Bacca to be the prime suspect in the case. He was subsequently charged in connection with the crime.

Villatoro-Bacca is described as a 30-year-old Hispanic man with black hair and brown eyes. He is between 5 feet 8 inches and 5 feet 9 inches and weighs between 160 to 170 pounds.
