HOUSTON – The 19-year-old who shot at officers during a chase in southwest Houston on Tuesday has been charged, according to the Houston Police Department.
Kalum Gregory has now been charged with aggravated assault of a police officer. He’s currently recovering in the hospital after being shot in the leg by officers.
On Tuesday, April 27, police said Gregory started shooting at officers in the 5600 block of Bonhomme Rd during a traffic stop.
Police returned fire, hitting Gregory in the leg. He is expected to make a full recovery.
