HOUSTON - A historic hotel that was damaged by Hurricane Harvey is preparing to reopen.

Harvey left about a foot of water in the lobby of the Lancaster Hotel in the Theater District.

Since then, it's had millions of dollars in renovations.

The redesign also includes a new restaurant and a collection of contemporary art by Texas artists.

The hotel's owners are planning on reopening the property Monday.
