HOUSTON - A judge has ordered a pit bull accused of attacking a 7-year-old boy at a New Caney bus stop be put down.
The horrific attack was caught on a school bus surveillance camera.
Investigators said the boy was waiting for his bus on Jan. 15 when a white pit bull came out of nowhere and attacked the boy.
The boy was bitten at least 10 times before the bus driver jumped into action and rescued him.
Deputies say they attempted to get in contact with the owner but were unsuccessful.
A judge ordered the dog to be euthanized since the owner never showed up to court.
